Scarves for Miracle Hill

I would like to send a huge thank you to all who participated in the scarf drive, especially on short notice. 125 scarves have been delivered to the Miracle Hill Homeless Shelter so far, and several ladies are making more and delivering them next week. Justin Broome, the contact there, was very appreciative and said he hoped to be able to give each man one in their Christmas package. Currently there are 140 men living there. Any scarves that were more for women or children will be passed on to the appropriate shelter.  I know this is just a small thing, but to someone who has nothing, being a little warmer means a lot. So thank you all!

I would also like to take this time to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving. know many of us will not be spending it with family, but we are still thankful for family and friends, even at a distance. I am very grateful to all of you who support our ASG chapter, attend the zoom meetings, keep in touch and share your work and talents with us all. Thank you so much.
Keep safe, keep well, and keep sewing!
