I just finished this Meander Bag, a free (until the end of July) download pattern from Sew News magazine (sewdaily.com/go/SNfreebies). It’s basically a version of a fanny pack, but with shoulder issues I thought it might be good to have a bag that just goes around my waist. Except for the strapping & the slide adjuster, everything came from my stash - even the buckle.
I made the front of this bag from the Lil’ Twister tool with my own pattern. Adjustable Strap. Pocket for cell on the outside.
To see how to use the Lil' Twister, check out Karla's video here.
I made this cycling Jersey (note pockets in the back) from a $5 yard of
fabric from All About Fabrics. Not a great color for me but it is wicking and bright to be seen on the road. The pattern is from Jamie: https://jalie.com/jalie2682-v-neck-high-back-top-pattern
Unusual construction and I really screwed up my practice top. Thought I knew more than the pattern writers. Anyway, the construction was magical. That’s all I can say.
